I’m no expert on RLS, I only know what worked for me. so I probably can’t be of a whole lot of help if you have any questions. It might be best to post your question as a comment on the article, if it’s something else that the RLS community at large might know the answer to.

Why am I doing this site?

Restless Leg Syndrome caused extreme problems in my life, from the RLS symptoms, to the neurologist-prescribed medication that screwed me up, to the withdrawal from it. Then, in the summer of 2008, my Physical Therapist friend offered a solution to me that I thought would never work -- too simple. But I tried it, and results began to happen for me within a week!

I just want to reach people that might be helped by the same solution that worked for me. And guess what? It's free to do. So, read my post to the left and if you think it might work for you, give it a try. Then let me know in a comment what your results are.
